Kelly Clarkson was an American singer/songwriter that became America's Sweetheart after winning American Idol during the very first series of the series. Kelly Clarkson was more than a star after the win as she was signed to a recording contract by RCA Records 19 Recordings & 'S Records for multiple albums. Since then her win, she's released several records from studio works. The albums that she released, 3 reached the US Billboard 200 Chart while the other albums were couple of centimeters from. She is one of the most successful artists to have sprung from the American Idol series. The singer began to play around with themes and music as her popularity grew. Due to her singularity and vocal skills, she earned reviews and numerous awards. Most notably she has won her the Grammy Award three times. Alongside her career in music, she has appeared in films and TV shows. She also penned the book for children called River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and has also been involved with a number of charities.
